Scope of Services. Through this Site, MD Living with Confidence Coaching markets and arranges ADHD Coaching, AuDHD Coaching, Neurodivergent Coaching, Time Management Coaching, Virtual Body Doubling, Confidence Coaching Service, Women's Coaching. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://autismadhdcoachboise.com is the property of MD Living with Confidence Coaching or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. MD Living with Confidence Coaching does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of MD Living with Confidence Coaching arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold MD Living with Confidence Coaching harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of ID, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in ID.
Updates. MD Living with Confidence Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
