- We’ll begin each session by identifying your goals and outlining what you’d like to accomplish, creating a clear path
- Hour long video call where you start off with a certain goal or goals that you will accomplish with accountability
- Work independently while your body double works on their own tasks, no collaboration required, just shared focus
- A quiet, supportive environment with little to no conversation to help reduce distractions and improve concentration
- Helps you stay motivated simply by knowing someone else is working alongside you in real time
- At the end of the session, you'll recap what you accomplished and reflect on what you learned
