ADHD Coaching
If you’ve done a lot of work on yourself, feel ready to take 100% responsibility for your life and future, and want to work with someone who understands your brain, then schedule a free discovery call.
My Ideal Coaching Clients Are:
- Motivated ADHD/AuDHD and mild autistic adults who function independently in daily life
- Self-aware, emotionally regulated, and socially aware
- Self-led and willing to take responsibility for their growth
- Open to direct feedback, structure, and new perspectives
- Ready to stay focused, take action, and follow through
- Seeking clarity, confidence, and growth, not crisis support or ongoing venting
- Prepared to invest time, energy, and resources in themselves
- I also work with exceptional, motivated high school seniors who want greater independence and can take ownership of the coaching process with minimal parent involvement.

“I had the privilege of working with Marie for a Virtual Body Doubling session and also an ADHD and confidence coaching session. These were both amazing experiences.”
